Yes you can. In multiple scenarios: You may use IMAP so you have your mailbox synchronized. Or, you may use POP in your main device -keeping a copy on the server or not- and IMAP in other devices. You can access to all your mailbox if you chose to keep a copy on the mail server.

Get started with the first free GB. At the start of each month, after a mailbox changes to POP or exceeds 1GB of space, you will be billed and you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
You will receive the invoice for the service on the first two days of the following month the service was given. If payment is not received after 16 days the invoice was sent the service will be suspended.
